Cが正解とのことですが、the same　〜 that　〜　という表現には違和感があるのですが、他の問題で出てもOKにして良い（これを理由に×にする必要がない）ものなのでしょうか？
また、Bが誤りの理由が「confuses meaning」というあいまいな解説が載っていたのですが、いまいち何故誤りなのかわかりません。
