いつもお世話になってます。もうすぐ本番のGMATの試験で今は総復習をしてるところです。下記の問題がよく分からないのでどなたか分かる方はご教示ください。

答えはAとなっていますが、私はEを選びました。AよりはEの方がスムーズに見えるのですが。。。。
