このケースが(B)が正解のようなのですが、後ろの部分がmay have beenにならなくても良いのでしょうか？このケースでは過去完了を使う気がするのですが。。。

この問題は全く見当もつきません。このwhichは何をさしてるのでしょうか？さらにhas doneではなくhas beenになるのはなぜなのでしょうか？
