ちなみに私は（C)を選んで間違いました。なぜこのケースの場合oneは不必要なのでしょうか？理由を教えてください。

この問題においては微妙ないい回しの違いのようですが、(B),(C),(E)の違いが分かりません。ちなみに(A)はprepare for〜というのがイディオムなので間違いという解釈でいいのでしょうか？
