I. と II. は説明不要ですよね？

III. についてですが、今日の時点で
Rose: 2 才
Sam: 1 才
Tina: 4 才
だったとします。これは問題文の前提を満たします。このとき Rose は Tina よりも若いです。4 年後もそう。なので III. は必ずしも true だとは限りません。
