OGの解説だと、

(2)chemical --- profit 80% sales 60%
だから、売り上げあたりの利益率がchemicalのほうが低い、と書いてある(C)が正解とのことでした。
argumentで(1)は書いてありますが、(2)であることはどこから読み取れるのでしょうか？（つまり、この会社はこの2つのdivisionsしかない）
私はargument中の、for the balanceの意味の取り方がわからなかったのですが、この部分が、chemicalが残り全部、という意味になるのでしょうか？
