Aが正解ですが、Bで迷いました。Bから言えるのは、Traveling fairsがless safeであるのは、検査を逃れているからではなく、安全対策にあてる費用がpermanent fairsに比べて少ないからだということで、別に原因があるとするcausalのargumentだと思いました。それで、weakenしていると考えました。ただ、一方でBは安全策を講じる費用が少ないという事実自体が、Traveling fairsがless safeだとする結論を逆に強めるようにも取れます。
別に原因があるからweakenするcausalの捉え方ではどこがまずいのでしょうか？
