(D) を落とすポイントは何でしょうか？
意味的に、kinds は componentsでない、paperがcomponentsであるべき、だから×。かな？とも思いましたが、numbers of people hear are studentsというように、numbers がpeopleの意味を含んで、numbersがstudentsであるという用法もあるので、この考え方は間違っていると思っています。
また、なんとなくcomponentsと複数になっているところも気になっていますが、スパッと納得いく解釈ができません。
どなたか知恵をお貸しください。
