Weaken問題ですが、Bのregardless of volumeで問題のspeculationをweakenできていると思います。
speculationではでかい音で獲物を気絶させると言っていますが、Bでは音の大きさは関係なく獲物がそのecholocationの音を知覚できるかどうかが重要と反論しています。
説明がうまくありませんが、わかってもらえましたでしょうか？
