さて、表題の58番ですが、まず問題文を下記のように解釈しました。
S of L の上昇と trade のバランスでは、国際競争力は生まれない
それら（S of L の上昇と trade のバランス？）は、貿易赤字により S of L が上昇した際に求められるものだ
trade は S of L の低下によりバランスする
で、国際競争力がどのようにしてもたらされるのか、見えてきません。皆さんは、どのように解釈されましたか？
