1-B についてですが、changes は名詞の複数形です。
the effects that changes in working conditions would have on worker's performance
の部分ですが、
changes in working conditions would have the effects on worker's performance( 労働環境の変化が労働者のパフォーマンスに影響を与える ) という文章がもとになっています。
the effects を先頭に出して、関係代名詞の目的格の that をその後にもってくれば、選択肢(B)の文章になります。
