分詞構文では、いくらかあるのですが、それ以外ということですよね。
僕もまだであっていないのですが、
同教材のPracticeEの１４番で
Fibers of hair and wool are not continuous and must normally
be spun into thread ...... woven into textile fabrics.
A) as are they
B) when to be
C) that to be
D) if they are to be　　答えはD
という問題で、Bはだめなのかな〜と思ったので・・・
when they are to be の分詞構文でwhen (being) to be
とはならないのか？と思ったので・・・・
文中で when to be　と使う時は
「いつ〜すべきか」って時だけですかね？
